Cuticle issue can anyone help me fix this?

My cuticles always look like this almost like excess skin no matter how much I cut it back it still stays this way I use creams etc but nothing helps it looks so ugly I don't know what else to try 😢

Hey op. I’m a trained nail tech but have had a career change since. Have you tried using cuticle remover rather than just pushing them back? They do look slightly dry as well. Almond oil is good. Carry some in your bag and apply every time you wash your hands. You should notice a difference in a week or so!
