Any experiences? I have loads of frizz and breakage- I rarely use heat and my hair is not dyed. Hasn't been trimmed much over the past year, but the frizz/breakage issues predate the COVID related lack of haircuts!

Bumping as Dd has hair breakage.

Works well on my hair, certainly notice the difference when I use it. I used to have quite a lot of hair come out when washing, now I have hardly any !

Following this as I’m curious too.

I have and saw an improvement (over weeks not immediately) BUT i also started using silicone free shampoo (just the aussie stuff). So it could be either/both. My hair is still a bit frizzy but quite a lot better, also I cut it short and try to let it air dry. I didn’t have hair breakage just a lot of frizz.

I had it done yesterday- I'm actually mind blown at the difference in frizz, and how shiny and soft my hair is! I guess time will tell if it improves the condition overall. (Tbh I told her to take off what it needed and she took off 4", it was that bad 😳)
