Secure backs for stud earrings

I have some studs that are lovely but the backs are a bit loose and have fallen off twice, luckily at home.

Does anyone have recommendations for something to help secure them or are there other backs I can use?

I used to use those tiny rubber tube things that often come with cheap earrings but I don't have any atm.

My jeweller swapped mine for screw backs

I work as a jeweller and if the earrings are diamonds or precious stones I would recommend alpha/squeezy fittings. They are more secure than normal butterflies, but youd need a jeweller to change the posts as well, so only worth it for expensive earrings (Screw fittings are tricky and can easily be cross-threaded)

Try these, plenty to choose from on Amazon.
I use them all the time.

I got these from Amazon which fit on all stud earrings, definitely recommend :)

You can tighten butterfly backs by squeezing the two loops together with tweezers.

Thanks

I was thinking of buying something rather than getting the studs altered.

@YanTanTethera123 Thanks but the link doesn't work for me

@1Hazel1 Haven't seen those before. I can't quite work them out. They might do the job.

@OrangeVelour I didn't know this. I will see if I can do that. I can feel they're definitely a bit loose as they are.
