Somewhat itchy RAISED bumps on face!!!!!!!!!

Hello there,
So, I desperately need help regarding the above! I've tried a few different things, none seem to be working. My skin isn't red, nor are the bumps but for the life of me I can't get rid of them, or the slight itch they come with!! I've never ever had such persistent breakout, the one factor that I can put it down to is breastfeeding, hormones related I suppose. Anything I could try?

Have you tried sudocreme?

Are they in clusters? Google fungle acne and see if it looks like that. if it is a probiotic might help.

@ThatIsMyPotato I did, I don't really think it helped. The problem with me is lack of patience, I'm so eager to get rid of these that I'm very impatient to see results!
@Anotheruser02 you're an absolute star, a marvelous online diagnoser and I thank you, I really do. I was hitting a wall with this problem, it definitely sounds like fungal acne... I'm off to dig into this further!
