Me+em sizing

Wondering what the sizing for trousers is like at Me+en? I'm thinking of taking the plunge on their palazzo pants, but being a classic pear shape can go wrong with trouser sizing. I am a size 10 in Hush and Boden and 12 in M&S. Any tips on which way to go in Me+em?

I would think 10. It usually says someone on the page whether to size up or down.

I bought wool barrel leg trousers & bought my usual size 12 so i'd say that style was true to size

Thanks @friendlyflicka and @UnreasonablyPissedOff. The reason I am tempted to size up is the palazzo pants have a roll top waist. Usually if I size up, it's the waist that gapes whilst the hips fit fine (especially post lockdown!).
