I'm late 40s, ok skin but could do with a bit more moisture. Very stressed, mostly ok diet, probably not enough water. I think I need a HA serum or similar. Skin goes quite red when I'm hot/cold/drink alcohol etc

Missing a serum here I think

I'm mid 40s and my skin is very dry naturally.

I swapped to oil cleansing a few years ago and that's been fantastic - I'll never go back. I cleanse with oil at night and either wash with exfoliator (see below) in the shower or just do a quick wipe with a micellar water - I use the Simple one.

I also started using products with Hyaluronic Acid from Neutrogena. The night gel and the smoothing exfoliator. They do a serum too but my skin doesn't feel like it needs it.

I use a vitamin C moisturiser from The Body Shop which feels good but I'm thinking of swapping to one I used from them before. The current one is supposed to be more moisturising but I find the one with the SPF in it actually worked better and made my skin feel more bright. Currently I use an InkeyLIst SPF.

I'm still looking for a good vitamin C serum. Currently using the Inkey List one at night but I'm not loving it. I use the Clarins 2 Way serum in the day but am toying with ditching it when it runs out as I'm not sure it is as necessary now that I've got the moisturising under control, especially at night.

I meant I do this in the morning.
