The chain strap has broken on my Mulberry bag, has anyone used a good repair service for Mulberry?

Mulberry themselves offer a repair service. I'd contact them first.

I contacted Mulberry repair service probably about 2 weeks ago now and still no response!

I have used The Handbag Restoration Company - has a facebook page and highly recommended on Mulberry facebook groups.

They replied to me within 48 hours when the postman's lock broke on my Anthony, though it was still withing the years warranty period...
