Smart casual blazer size 18?!

Looking for a blazer I can wear with jeans for smart casual work wear. Size 18. Where would you look? I don’t think I want black, thinking more of a tweedy type or maybe navy but conscious some blazer materials can look shiny which I want to avoid. Ideally ruched sleeves

Try River Island, I've bought 2 blazers size 18 from there recently, one boucle and kept them both. They have a plus range, but mine are from their standard range which goes up to 18 and I found them to be a flattering fit.
