I always assumed I was pale and cool, but I'm just not sure any more and it makes picking a hair colour quite difficult.
As you can see, I have a brassy/warm balayage (needs toning/re doing) and then my natural dark brown at the top, which is a cool tone. Which is more flattering against my skin tone?
I'm tempted to get a semi box dye and do the lot myself, but whereas I would normally always pick a cool tone, I'm wondering if actually I need a bit more warmth and cool would wash me
Hairdressers don't seem to agree. Some say I'm pale, others say I'm neutral, but does that mean I can go either way or that I need something in between?
What do you think?
