Backless dress & big boobs

What do you do?

I’ve seen a few backless/open back summer dresses I like, previously I’d have worn a bra but I don’t like the idea of it now.

Definitely can’t get away without some support!

Does anyone use a specific tape?

I should add I’m a D cup, so not huge but not small!

One of those stick-on bras would be my first thought. Or one of the multiway ones that you can have very low in the back. Easier and more structured than tape.
