Magic eye powder Elf where to buy

Hi, it was on another thread that I now can't find about a magic under eye powder. Elf, Laura mercer and something else was mentioned. I can't find the elf one anywhere-can anyone advise please or something similar? Elf is more my budget.

I brought the halo glow by mistake, it's too glowy for me seams to to have glittery bits in it.
