Skin care routine and eye bags

Hi, can anyone share their skin routine please?

Oily skin, constantly having clogged pores, using scrubs daily. I’m 32 but in matter of few months skin got suddenly looking so old, generally looks dirty like I’m not looking after it but scrubs, clay masks, day/night creams that’s correct to the age.

Problem two is bags under my eyes, all those products I buy, ie creams for under eye care, under eyes strips, rolls, even tried slices of cucumber and tea bags. I can mask dark circles but can’t hide puffyness, it’s like 60 year old grandmas eye bags on 32 year old. I would show the pic but can not add it.

Any advice?

Step away from the scrubs! Gentle cleanser, acid exfoliation and a light moisturiser are a good starting point. Inkey List caffeine eye cream put on at night is pretty good at de puffing but no cream will get rid of eye bags no matter what it claims.

I love CeraVe hydrating cleanser but the superdrug vitamin E range is nice and Boots your good skin.

Paula's Choice BHA liquid exfoliant is fab for declogging and lasts ages.

I wouldn't spend much on a moisturiser, again superdrug/boots/Inkey List or The Ordinary all do good ones.

There are loads of options for adding in serums with active ingredients but it's worth starting with one change at a time so you know what works.

Diet, alcohol and water intake makes a huge difference to your skin.

@Fispi thank you very much for your detailed description, I will try it! Scrubs I use on daily basis, I will stop doing that and will see how it goes.
