What do you think of this dress for wedding guest?

Is it too OTT? Is it a bit MOTB? I would never wear it with the hideous jacket / fascinator - any ideas how to accessorise to dress it down - or is that even possible? Was thinking more quirky / vintage - rather than glitzy -

I love it!

It's ok. Looks quite stiff and formal IMO.

I like the dress but the jacket and accessories are awful.

I think it could look really nice but if you go for it, style it with less formal accessories in a different colour to make it a bit more modern and fun.

I think it’s lovely but I wouldn’t wear it as the neckline is too high and wouldn’t suit big boobs. Don’t get the jacket.

It’s perfect for Brigitte Macron. I can totally picture it on her.

It is a beautiful dress, very classic and formal but you need to think a) does it match the type of wedding you are going to and b) is it the sort of thing you would usually wear. If no to either of these maybe have a rethink.

I also think it’s a bit light for a wedding.
Very princess-ey in a way and I wouldn’t wear it to a wedding. It’s not about not wearing white only, the general idea is to not upstage the bride. I would stay on the safe side and pick a less remarkable dress.
