I need a bag to go with my 'outfit' in July. I'm wearing a pretty summer dress and intend to wear these sandals ( probably! I need the height and I need comfort). My dress is red . But what bag? It has to be big enough to hold phone, keys, purse ( small) and my asthma inhaler and spacer. I don't have many bags (black leather backpack ,dark brown slim bag, ecru crossbody which is 30 years old, giant work bag) and am willing to buy another decent one which I can use and use or else a lesser value one which I can pass on. I thought about a straw/raffia bag and a coach or strathberry bag in 'chalk' because tans are all such different colours . But I don't want it to look like a work bag. It has to work with all my summer dresses for years to come! I'm not at all a bag person but when I buy one I tend to invest and make sure it lasts for years. I looked at hiring but that's expensive too
Any ideas? The bags I've attached photos are expensive but I don't mind if they last but am very happy to get something less expensive but I'm not keen on 'fast fashion' brands. I can't see myself ever using a clip itch bag, I've never used one and always want to be hands free!
I have also thought about the Sézane farrow bag in raffia which may suit my needs but I'm worried it would catch on my knitwear as a forever bag
