Hi, I've been thinking of treating myself to the redken extreme shampoo & conditioner but as I've gone to buy it I've been tempted by the acidic bonding instead. Could someone please explain the difference in the 2? I've got mid/long bleached hair, in ok condition but obviously not amazing due to bleaching every 6 weeks.
