How to accessorise this dress for wedding

I have just bought this dress for an August wedding but I am not sure about the shoes and bag. Is nude my only option for shoe colour? I can't wear heels higher than 2 inches because of foot problems. I was thinking block heels because of standing around on grass. Also I don't think a jacket or necklace will work with the style - am I right? Maybe a bracelet? And would you match bag to shoes or not? Thanks for any help on this - shoes tend to be a bit of a nightmare area for me!

There's no link or pic.

Sorry that was incredibly silly of me.

Could gold or silver shoes work? Agree with bracelet idea or something for your hair.

Paradox have a few which might be suitable.

Gold, silver or nude shoes will work. Also purple or yellow, but difficult to pull off

Yes to bracelet

These espadrille wedges are really comfy and go with anything www.marksandspencer.com/wide-fit-canvas-wedge-espadrilles/p/clp60495952?color=SAND

I'd go nude espadrilles and lovely straw clutch. It's summer after all!

Iminaglasscaseofemotion · 03/05/2021 19:42

Is it pink with red flowers OP?

Iminaglasscaseofemotion · 03/05/2021 19:45

How substantial do you want the shoes to be? Thick straps? Thin?

Failingbettereverytime · 03/05/2021 20:44

Yes pink and red @Iminaglasscaseofemotion and I need fairly substantial straps as my ankles are wobbly and collapse under me without warning if not properly supported.

@CushionsandCandles I like Crew and espadrilles are a good shout although I've never actually had a pair before! Don't know why! Straw bag sounds good but would it catch on the fabric of the dress?

It's a beautiful dress!

Failingbettereverytime · 03/05/2021 21:27

I do love it @Arrowheart Not my usual style as I have huge knockers and wouldn't normally suit a high neck but amazingly it looks good

Red shoes?

I think a straw clutch would be okay- some nice ones around. I agree a shoulder bag might pull the fabric though.
Failingbettereverytime · 03/05/2021 21:46

Could do red shoes @Iminaglasscaseofemotion but would I also do red bag? Or is that ott?

Failingbettereverytime · 03/05/2021 21:49

I guess a clutch would be more in keeping with the occasion @CushionsandCandles but I will have to wean myself off my addiction to everything but the kitchen sink bags!
