Bare legs looking tights - do they exist?

Where can I get some natural looking thin tights please? I want to wear some shorter length dresses - well, knee length! - and I'd like to wear tights that are very fine, colourless but hide small imperfections - basically my legs but better!

Do they exist?

Not sure about thin nude tights - I’m clumsy and always end up with a run so tend to avoid them. I have used spray tights though which might work for you : www.superdrug.com/Skin/Fake-Tan-%26-Bronzing/Instant-Fake-Tan/Sally-Hansen-Airbrush-Legs-Light-Glow-Tan/p/158046?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI5qjy1ZGt8AIVD5ntCh0I0AVOEAQYAiABEgKqZfD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

I like primark or m&s nude tights for work, I think they are 7 denier and look quite natural. Out of work I just don't care as much and use an instant or fake tan and lots of thick moisturiser to make them look smoother and better.

I can 2nd the Helly Hansen for legs. It's perfect and makes your skin tone even

I've never found good nude tights, the best I've found are the Boots bare legs ones.

Sanctuary Wonder Body is a tinted body lotion, sort of like a BB cream for your legs. It's really good, it makes my legs reasonably acceptable to be seen in public.

M&S make several fine denier tights which come in a range of skin tones and are much less faff than fake tan and the like:

5 & 7 denier

I think the key here is finding tights which are the best match to your skin tone.

Personally Marks & Spencer's 'illusion' work well for me as anything labeled tan tends to be far to dark for my skin.

I think retailers are getting better at producing tights in various tones and colours now, a few years back it was the same god awful 'natural tan' for everyone.

Falke Shelina tights make your legs look smooth and tanned and come in several natural shades. They’re the only nude tights I’ve found that don’t look like tights!

I think the oiled ones always look more natural than anything with a sheen! And agree with the recommendation for Primark or M&S.

JuicyMcJuiceFace · 03/05/2021 18:42

Yes that's what I'm looking for - a bare leg look. I'll be checking out all these recommendations thanks

I've gone for the m & s one in opaline to start with as reviews are good and people say they're invisible. I'll also buy the sally hanson spray
