I'd love extensions but out of my price range. So looking for any wonder products or supplements etc that made your hair grow faster? Thanks!

Pregnancy. Sorry, that might not be helpful.

Brazil nuts. I read somewhere that if you eat 8 a day it's double the amount of selenium you need and that's the stuff you need for hair growth. I tried thinking it wouldn't work but it actually did seem to. Longest my hair has ever got anyway!

Starpowa Gummies and Castor Oil hair masques. Any vitamins with Biotin in will help (ie “Skin, Hair and Nails”). Collagen is good too. Get your ferritin levels checked. You can pay to have this done privately, only cost £30 for me. If your ferritin is low, your hair doesn’t grow.

I’m really sorry but this is very dangerous advice! Selenium toxicity can kill. The maximum safe amount of Brazil nuts to eat in one day is actually only 4. The recommended amount is 1-3. I’m really glad you’ve come out unscathed and I don’t understand why there isn’t a warning put on the packaging but 8 Brazil Nuts per day is definitely not safe.

perfectil hair supplements, using a heat protector spray every time you use heat on your hair, I like the tigi catwalk heat protector spray, saw an improvement with this soon as I started using it.
Ask the hair dresser to only trim the ends of your hair when dry so it's not cut too short when wet.
