If you want plain ones Earth Wardrobe have organic or recycled ones. Various styles and colours.

DD swears by them and I've just ordered myself one.

They often have an offer that includes a free Tshirt yoo

Look at Love Sweat and Tees

I've got a couple of nice ones from Sugarhill Brighton recently.

Victoria1083 · 02/05/2021 10:59

I’ve got around 15 from Scamp and Dude: scampanddude.com/product-category/adult/
I love the quality, bright colours and the story behind the brand. A word of caution though - these are addictive

@CompleteBarstool thanks for the Earth Wardrobe suggestion - in terms of sizing I'm a bit puzzled. Do you think they are generous in size? It says I'd need an XS but I don't want something really tight

partyatthepalace · 02/05/2021 11:08

Community Clothing do some nice ones and support small British manufacturing but affordable -

LaurieFairyCake · 02/05/2021 11:32

I also have a ton of Scamp and Dude - love bright colours

Plus loads of the organic cotton Baukjen ones - I've a gorgeous pink

If you are looking for something thicker than S&D, I also bought a couple of sweatshirt from Boden last autumn - they are definitely heavy weight. I’ve got the grey one with embroidery and the navy/pink zebra print.
I also have some plain ones from Uniqlo men’s range for wearing around the house and post exercise with leggings but those are not very thick material, either

DD 8s a size 6-8 and bought a XS. Fits nicely, not too snug.

I think they give measurements for each style and size on the site. It depends as well whether they are unisex or specifically women's or men's ones (although that might only be the Tshirts)

No idea what this particular one is like but the sweatshirts from the AW range were certainly heavyweight. Fingers crossed you won’t be disappointed - it sure looks good :-)

Victoria1083 · 02/05/2021 22:09

And I just remembered another brand that I would really like to try out if this particular sweatshirt I like, is restocked in my size - House of Neon. Although, what I should really need to stop doing is buying more sweatshirts Wink

catanddogmake6 · 02/05/2021 22:42

Hari and the gang hoodies are definitely thick
and comfy but haven’t tried the sweatshirts. My hoody has washed and tumbled dry really well. However this could be an expensive thread as have found several things I like from the suggestions above.

huuuuunnnndderrricks · 03/05/2021 16:19

@Victoria1083 I've just bought the tiger one .. thank you!
I like hari and the gang but I see them in lots of people round here so I'd rather avoid ..
thanks all though

I like American Vintage for sweatshirts.

EllaPaella · 03/05/2021 18:47

I've just ordered a lovely looking one from Passenger clothing which seem to be a decent sustainable brand.
