Jeans help - post c section

Hi everyone

Would anybody be able to help me find some jeans which will fit and suit my post c section body? I’m 5 months pp and am still carrying extra weight around my middle - particularly the c section pooch. I’m quite tall (5’10) and prior to pregnancy would wear skinny jeans but I don’t know what will work now with my body shape. It doesn’t help that my boobs look explicit due to breastfeeding, I don’t want to look hugely too heavy. I ordered a few different styles off ASOS but after trying them all on today, they all look terrible and I’m now feeling a bit sorry for myself for looking like a blob.

Also knickers - all my pre-pregnancy underwear look awful now I have this stomach overhang. Whilst my partner says he isn’t fussed, I don’t think it looks very flattering on me. Will this pooch go away or am I going to have to wear giant knickers from here on in to hold everything in? Blush

Any help and recommendations would be massively appreciated! Xx

Everyone is different but I never wore jeans again after my first csection 5 years ago... I just couldn't find any that were comfortable or flattering.

I now wear high waisted leggings/stretch trousers (mint velvet are my favourite but m and s are good) with a thick waistband. Flattering and comfortable.

I'll also sometimes wear stretch, ruched skirts and I wear a lot of dresses now.

I have totally changed what I wear - used to be jeans, jeans and more jeans but I'll never go back now!

My pooch is still here after 10 years, though I have had 2 more sections since then!

I wear big pants now. Anything smaller than big pants sit on the scar in the crease under them pooch and rub and get sweaty.

The only jeans that I've found that work with the pooch are M&S Lily high waisted slim jeans. They stay up around my middle!
