Estee lauder liquid foundations

Afternoon

I wore the double wear foundation for years, to hide my spotty skin. 2 years ago I went on roaccutane and stopped wearing makeup. I want to wear a foundation again and despite the rouaccutane my skin is far from perfect.

Should I go back to double wear? I've noticed a very expensive liquid foundation
(Re-nutrivi) by estee lauder at £80 a pop. Has anyone tried it?

I'm fed up of looking manky

I am the same OP, I've finally cleared my skin and don't need to heavy double wear coverage anymore. It's nice isn't it!

I use double wear light now. Same nice foundation but it's much less dense. Looks more natural.

But hasn't DW Light been discontinued?

@TR888

But hasn't DW Light been discontinued?
Oh I hope not!!! I haven't bought any for a while, it might have been Shock

No it hasn't, still available on the EL website. Phew!

I'm a recent convert to the Re Nutriv foundation, and I'd say that yes, it is worth £80.
It took me a couple of attempts to get the right shade for me: I had a video call with an EL make up advisor, and she was very helpful.
But that was during lockdown, and you'll be able to visit an EL counter for advice now.
I don't think it's sold on the Boots counters, just the department store beauty hall ones.
It goes on and blends like a dream, and you can build up the coverage as you wish: I haven't needed to use my usual concealer on red areas/ broken veins.

Bellabride that's really good to know, I'm desperate to stop looking so slovenly Blush

Does the make up last all day? My skins oily but I have dry cheeks

Yes, the make up lasts all day.
My skin is combination, too, and sensitive.
