I’m looking for some advice please?

As a teenager I used to suffer dreadfully with spots and constantly had breakouts. As an adult it cleared up and I had a very low maintenance skincare regime. Fast forward to now and the ripe age of 30 something and I feel I’ve gone back to my teenage years with a forehead covered in spots and has been ongoing for a couple of months now.

Does anyone have any recommendations for fairly moderately priced products that could potentially help. My skin tends to be on the dry side usually.

Benzoyl peroxide (brand name acnecide) worked for me for years. You’ll need to moisturise a lot though if you get dry skin.

More recently I’ve started skin&me which seems to be really helping the cystic breakouts I had on my chin and jawline.

You need to see your dr about this. Spots aren’t a skincare issue it’s just a bacterial skin infection and you need to get treatment before you scar.

I didn’t get help in time and scarred.
