Need a moisturiser that actually helps with the dry flakiness I’m getting, I’ve tried a few different ones now but have not helped so tempted to give it up.

Thanks

I would avoid any kind of manual exfoliation.

I use Avene Tolerance extreme cream every night after 0.1 (Dermatica). This is very unexciting but occlusive and fragrance free.

I use these www.superdrug.com/Skin/Face-Skin-Care/Cleansers/NipFab-Glycolic-Fix-Extreme-pads-x60/p/523000 2x per week

I like cerave. The thick one, I get a tube a month on subscription from Amazon for about £4 a tube. I tend to use it on its own over the tret at night, or if having a night off over hyaluronic acid serum or marine hyaluronics from The Ordinary.
