Dark grey top-what to wear it with?

I don't normally wear grey as find it full but really liked this top. It's a dark grey mint velvet long sleeved loose top. Kind of chiffon fabric. I have some black trousers, or indigo jeans but I'm not convinced that either look right.

I'm probably about 3 seasons behind but some leather leggings ?

Cropped fitted trousers?

What colour works best?

Have you looked on the mint velvet website to see how they've styled similar items?

I live in dark grey / charcoal, and usually wear it with a pair of classic blue jeans. I’m not sure what the correct name is for the colour - not pale blue, not indigo, not faded/washed but just... denim blue? Hmm

You can try grey with black trousers depending on the style of the top (but I always add colour somewhere else, like shoes or makeup)

If you have some print / check trousers or a skirt, they may have a bit of grey in the design so it brings that out?

Otherwise you can colour contrast - charcoal looks great with hot pink, mustard, coral...

White for summer? It will look nice together but I’ve no idea if it’s fashionable.

I love dark grey with white - white jeans or white linen trousers? Good colour combination for inbetween seasons!

I wouldn't have thought of white. I've teamed it with a pair of black trousers and silver sneakers today and it looks nice so I'm told. It's just not a colour I'm used to. I'm a black, navy, blues, hot pink, purple, white fan and feel most comfortable in these colours so I'm out of my comfort zone with grey. It's probably charcoal actually but still, not my usual colour.
