Vans slip on sizing

Are slip on Vans slip ons true to size,? Also are they very flat like Converse or more supportive? I've fallen in love with these

Following as I've bought some online but I normally wear a 6.5 in lace up vans.

I find them true to size, they are so bloody comfy I absolutely love them, they last ages too.

DD's feel a bit bigger on than her Converse and rub her heels unfortunately. They are nicely padded on the sole.

Vans are pretty true to size but I find the “slip on” ones anything but slip on, difficult to get on and once on the elastic pinches my skin. Might just be my feed though.

True to size and much better sole than converse, thicker and not as flat
