Affordable sports bra for larger sizes?

I’m looking for affordable sports bras for high impact exercise. I used to rate shock Absorbers but their sizes are so arbitrary now and they’re so expensive. I can’t make it into shops at the moment to try on so I need to buy online. The thought of paying upwards of £30 for a bra to squish me is jarring and at the moment quite unaffordable if I need to buy two or three.

I’m usually a 36E/F in normal bras

Can anyone recommend a sub £30 bra for high impact (eg running /HIIT) that’s comfy and reliable in size and quality? Preferably online too.

Thanks

Try the Panache ultimate sports bra - lots of stockists, prices range from about £21-£37

I was going to recommend Panache as well, I wear them and Shock Absorbers (although I'm usually a 28E so a lot smaller than you).

Also, ensure you are wearing a well-fitting bra in the correct size - the Boob or Bust calculator can help you find your correct bra-size, or Bravissimo have a great fitting service. A LOT of women are wearing bras in the incorrect size, mostly a much larger band size than they should be with a correspondingly much smaller cup size.

I use Freya think they're about £27

I'm using M&S sports bras at the moment and find them really supportive.

I second M&S and more comfy than more expensive sports bras.

36FF here! I wear one from Bravissimo. It's their own brand. Not sure how much it was but they do have sales and I've found it great for running.

This one is excellent (I’m about the same size as you)

Thanks all.
The panache ones look great but too expensive
For me sadly - website says £40 - I’ll look elsewhere but they recommend going into a stockist for fitting and I can’t do that at the moment.

I had one of the syrokan ones but it was more squashing than support.

I’ll check out bravissimo and M&S
