I need help! I’ve lost my style mojo and have a job interview!!

I’ve not had a job interview in years! In my current job I wear a uniform and so I don’t have to think about what I’m wearing. It would be fair to say that in terms of style I have let myself go.
I have an interview coming up for a role in a sector that I have wanted to work in for a long time. This would be a huge step up for me.
The problem is that I have no idea what to wear and don’t know where to start.
I am in my early 40’s and a size 16 and I do feel conscious about my weight. In terms of clothes, everything I try looks frumpy. I can’t wear heels and I’m not a fan of suits. I’m absolutely clueless. I would really appreciate your help!!
Any ideas, links to clothes etc would be really appreciated.

I think a light roll neck with nice earrings looks good with trews and blazer or a simple top...

Otherwise a good midi dress with or without jacket depending on formality of the job your are going for...

Good luck Op🤞🏻

I like trousers that are tapered or skinny fit and ankle length with ballet pump style shoes or, for a smarter look, pointed toe flats. Wear with a smart top - not a blouse, no buttons, just something like a high neck, cap sleeve, loose fitting round the middle. With a blazer. I think the trousers and blazer shouldn't match but should obviously be complementary colours. Like navy trousers, mustard blazer, cream top. I'm 38, a size 14 and find this style quite flattering.
