I've decided to grow my salt and pepper greys out, but my hair has only grown about 3" in the last four months, the rest is a mixture of my original black, salt and pepper and bleach blonde. I'm due to have highlights and toner next week but whatever they usually use makes my scalp itch and gives me a neck rash. Anyone have any suggestions of a better make of highlights etc?
