Sezane trousers sizing

I've never bought from Sezane before but I'm very tempted by some of their gorgeous wide legged trousers/ jeans for summer.
I'm 5ft 9, 34" leg, size 12 ( was inching towards 14 but getting it under control)
Are they impossibly tiny in the waist department? Should I size up? Will they be long enough for me?
I'd love to hear from any tall people who've bought from this site
Thanks

I have two pairs of jeans from Sézane, they fit TTS eg my usual waist 26. Which specific styles are you looking at? YouTube has lots of Sézane reviews for spring from bloggers and I'm in a Facebook group where people show off purchases and complain about sizing! For example, knitwear is absurdly huge ( I wear a size 6 for my size 10 top) but I wear size 10 in their skirts for my absolutely standard UK size 8. The Austin comes up big as do other styles. Happy to help if you give the style name

Thanks so much
I'm looking at the Austin, francky & Martin
Should I order 12 or 14 ?
Also do they ever do discount codes

Discounts are rare ( they've just done one for April fools day ) but their Archives sales are worth keeping an eye out for.
For those style I think most people say size down but it's probably best to,order both sizes. It's free returns with Collect +. Orders over £200 are free express shipping ( but they don't always pack them fast though the shipping I'd fast iyswim)

If you are in Facebook join the Sézane addicts UK group. Loads of helpful advice and some people selling on

this is really helpful, as I'm looking at some things on that website at the moment too and was wondering about the sizing too.
I'm interested in tops, t-shirts and blouses. I'm a 10 on top. Would I be an M in their sizes?

Sooverthemill · 24/04/2021 15:16

@UniBallEye for normal t shirts I wear size S and I am 10 on top. They are not fitted styles. I have 4 blouses/shirts all size 38, one is a bit big. I returned on that was massive that was size 38. So I think 38/S is probably about right for you. It is a good idea to look at their sizing advice in the website but my gaspard cardigan is XS and it's a bit too big. I think they are bigger than you would expect from a French brand ( in my head anyway).

Look for YouTube video reviews of the style you like, it's a really good way of seeing them on bodies that move rather than those daft poses on a chair!

I take my usual size (10/38/S) in Sezane, including in jeans / trousers (I’m sometimes an 8 in the UK shops which size generously, but have never needed to size down to this with Sezane. I love this jeans and trousers).
