Has anyone had a tip plasty - the type of surgery where the only the tip is lifted/corrected but any bumps etc are left alone? What are your experiences? Recovery time, is there a noticeable difference and we're you satisfied with your results? I kind of like my bump and am terrified of it all going wrong if they break it, so considering this as an alternative.
