Can a perm achieve this?

I have dead straight hair, but occasionally one of my daughters will use curling tongs to achieve this look for me. I can’t do it myself.

So my question is, could I have a perm to achieve this look?

Was it one of the 'wavy bob with bangs?'. Yes, probably.

Some of the other styles were hideous. All are stylised and shown on pretty young women.

@KirstenBlest yes a wavy bob, and I have a fringe, unfortunately I’m not as young as the models 🤣
