I'm using prescription skincare from Dermatica (tretinoin - retinol) - it's £20 a month, 2 pumps of cream on skin at night

It can take 6 months to make a difference and it looks worse as the brown comes up through the layers until it sloughs off

My research says products are a bit of a waste of money, it’s more about professional dermatological treatments. Some of the stronger active and prescription products can aid the treatments, or help prevent new spots.

Certainly nothing from the High St is going to significantly fade sun damage. High St is good for cleansers and sunscreens, but little else. In my view.
