Does anyone use jade rollers or gua sha massage stones? Do they actually make a difference to your face?

I have a quartz roller. I imagine it might make more difference to my face if I actually used it! There are several massage routines on Youtube for them, but I cba to learn them. Grin

@SpongeBobJudgeyPants haha I feel you, I bought a jade roller today as I grind my teeth to alleviate the muscle tension. It feels amazing but can’t see myself doing this daily!

Unless anyone can vouch for results👀

Ive tried both but havent seen any difference.

I grind/clench my teeth too but I dont find the jade roller as good as a mouth guard (when i can keep it in).

The gua sha stone just gives a temporary lift, like a face massage. Drops after an hour or so. Fine if you're prepared to fiddle with your face all day but I'm not.

I think the NuFace is best but again takes time and commitment and can only do so much. Over 50 and it's a real fight against gravity.

Jade rollers are good if you have puffiness. I have sagging so they dont suit me.

I had a rose quartz roller, made no difference. It felt nice in summer using it after it had been in the fridge.
