Foundation that stays on all day

I have fair middle aged skin that gets quite blotchy , red and dry.. Every foundation I try rubs off on my mask within an hour or 2 of putting it on. Can anyone suggest a dream foundation?

I hope there’s good suggestions, I’m fed up buying and trying!

I’m a recent convert to Lottie London. Cheap, vegan, actually has a good colour match for my skin and it stays on well under my mask.

Estee Lauder double wear light and set it with loose powder, Wayne Goss did a video on YouTube recently about setting with loose powder that actually works.

Another vote for double wear, I set with beauty pie one powder wonder I believe its called, stays on all day

Bobbi Brown Long Wear worth a try. I had a tester and it was far too matte for me but took ages to take off.

Estee Lauder Doublewear or Doublewear light

I use Clarins Skin Illusion. It's really light but doesn't come off for days if you don't remove it (don't ask me how I know).

Agree. That's my go-to combo when I need my makeup to just stay where I put it.

Does double wear with powder not look dry and cakey?

Laura Mercier powder, applied lightly with All Nighter setting spray works for me.

Try setting spray under foundation too as well as over, stops oil coming through that breaks foundation down

Thank you, I have ordered Estée Lauder double wear and the urban decay setting spray. Good tip to put the setting spray on before and after, will definitely try it.
