Conditioner and hair oil recommendations

Can anyone recommend a conditioner, and a hair oil? I have very thick, mid-length wavy hair. I wash it twice a week, it is starting to feel quite dry and getting quite frizzy too.

Elvive Extraordinary oil to leave in after you’ve washed & used a rinse out conditioner & then a little fashioned Vitapoint brushed in each day.

I have wavy dry hair too and I love Shea moisture products, the shampoos and conditioners are great, especially the manuka honey ones and the almond and argan oil ones. I also love Garnier Hair food in banana or coconut as a leave in. I just put a small amount into the ends each day and either scrunch or brush.
