Hi, I've signed up to this after I read someone on here mention it. I've got my first doser arriving soon, does anyone have any experiences of the company and the skincare? I probably should have asked before signing up but it was only £3.50 for the "pharmacy fee" (probably p&p but it sounds better 😁)

Yes, I’ve been on it for about a month (I also got a free first month) and have been really impressed.

Athenajm80 · 22/04/2021 05:54

Oh that's good, thank you 🙂 I've never really found a skin care regime that works for me so hopefully this will be the one!

Yes same I've been using for about six weeks and am impressed so far. My skin already looks better. If nothing else it's a very affordable way to get a prescription strength retinol!!

ChangingStates · 22/04/2021 06:09

I've been using it for 4 months- also feel like my skin has improved in tone & texture. Have moved from full coverage foundation to light.

Have a £5 off code if anyone wants to use it

I've been using it for a few months now, it's very good.

They have been very slowing increasing the strength of tretinoin as my skin is sensitive.

I've noticed a massive improvement to the texture and fine lines and I like the ease of getting it and the customer service.

Ive been using for a couple of weeks now. I also got a free month of dermatica and will decide when I've used both which to go for. You can push back or cancel delivery so means you get 2 free months. They are both the same combination of tret/azaleic/niaciamide but dermatica has a higher percentage of tret and increases this quicker than Skin + me. So if my skin tolerates it I'll likely go with dermatica

I haven't heard of Dermatica, are they similar price wise? I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable Skin & Me is

I used dermatica for 6 months. I saw no massive difference although did get called glowing a couple of times. I also found it hugely irritating.

I switched to skin and me last month. They have given me a gentler prescription. I liked the customer service and the doser. The texture is thicker but I don't mind that. I haven't peeled with it but I do have a couple of spots. No huge impact yet but generally pores seem a bit improved.

I was the opposite, just kept hearing about Dermatica and only found out about skin and me from researching them. They are the same price and the formulations both come in similar packaging and feel the same on the skin. As I say though the Tret is double the strength in the Dermatica so I think I will go with them. If your skin is very sensitive then you may be better with skin and me

louisethedisease · 14/05/2021 07:03

@STST brilliant let us know how you get on with it. So many people love it. It really is a skincare game changer.

louisethedisease · 29/05/2021 11:43

Just had my new skin and me doser in the post. My tretinoin has gone up to 0.009% now. 2 months free for using my code SAMANTHT9AHW if you want to give it a go.

Diggingaholeformyself · 29/05/2021 11:54

I've been using Dermatica for 8 months now and my skin tone is much more even, redness is hugely reduced and face looks much smoother. I'm in it for the long haul now.

BalladOfBarryAndFreda · 29/05/2021 12:03

I went for dermatica having had a ‘skin and me or dermatica’ thread on here recently. I went in expecting a tret prescription and ended up being shifted to their acne prescription (adapalene, clindamycin and azelaic acid) as I had a couple of pre-menstrual spots at time I sent in the assessment images. I’ve been using it for about it 10 days now and it looks like things are improving though it’s such early days it’s hard to say whether the improvements are due to the cream or just the natural cycle of my skin which does go through peaks and pits with my monthly cycle. I’ll need to give it the full 3 months to judge it properly but early signs are good. I’m taking weekly pictures to try to track my progress.

Skin and me has drastically changed my skin and helped with hormonal acne I have a code, you don't have to use it and I would rave about it with or without the code!
