Bleaching hair advice needed desperately please!

So I bleached my hair about 6 weeks ago with Garnia Olia B+++ Maximum Bleach.

From a natural dark brown (all previous permanent dye had grown out apart from maybe residue of a dark purple semi permanent, done about 18 months ago)

I was expecting ginger all over, it seems its taken more to my roots than my lengths. I applied bleach to the lengths first, as per the instructions, I'm guessing I still didn't leave it on the lengths long enough before starting roots?

I've bought Jerome Russel now, 3 kits, hoping that's enough to fix it so its all the same colour all over so I can then proceed to tone it hopefully!

Please has anyone got advice on what method I should go about correctly this? Brown roots, yellow section close to roots and ginger lengths.

First 2 photos taken same day, just different lighting. Last photo to show root regrowth

Thank you

I’m a home bleacher and do the roots about ten minutes before the processing time is up? Normally that’s about 30/40 minutes in but obviously depends on how dark your hair is.
