Xanthelasma removal

or fatty eyelid lumps!
I'm usually very low maintenance person, but I'm getting increasingly self conscious due to the lumps on my eyelids. I'd like to investigate having them removed.
I live in Surrey and wondered if anyone has any recommendations please?

The best solutions are.

1. Put a sockful of dried rice in a microwave for 1 minute and then rest it on your eye. After a few days you should see results.

1. Rub seman around your eye. After a few days you should see results.

Nether remove it completely, both should have an impact at restoring the normal colour, and shrinking the size.
