White flat sole trainers with arch support

Need to replace my white flat sole trainers (for wearing with dresses etc). Looking for a pair with some arch support inside - do any of the classics (Stan Smith etc) have inner arch cushioning?

Or do you all put separate insoles in?

My understanding is if you have problem feet, flat trainers is not for you. Having no heels whatsoever is actually bad for your back as well. I am resigned to not wearing any. If there are magic solutions the others know, would be great to hear

Fitflop Rally trainers are fab. They cured my plantar fascitis.

I put support insoles off Amazon inside my flat sole trainers. Have Vans and two pairs of Joules Coastal pumps that I couldn't wear without the insoles and just pop them into whichever pair I'm wearing.

I wear orthotics in all my shoes as I need proper arch support. So I buy whatever trainers I like and move the insoles between them.
