Now Mark's and Spencer have changed their camisoles and they're now baggy and crap can anyone recommend an alternative that's well fitted and good quality ?

I like those from the White Company. They are much more expensive but last years.

Bamboo ones are nice

All saints are my go to for cami, vest tops, and T-shirt's now. Obviously not mega cheap, but they do last

Thanks I will look at these suggestions.

Boden do very good camis. They last for years.

George at Asda. I got a black, white and nude 3 pack for under £10. They fit really well with lycra stretch, long and wash well.

I'm going out on a limb here... Primark. I still have vests from before and through my pregnancy (2016 - 2017) that haven't lost their stretch despite being worn at 9 months pregnant. The ones I bought in 2019 still look new. I wear them every day without fail except when it's really really hot. I only buy the longline ones though so can't speak for the short ones!

Primark here too. 9/10 times they are still going strong many years later, whereas my vest tops from expensive brands seem to have gone all saggy around the bust.

Another vote for Primark, although they are a couple of years old, but I bought them in every colour (and some duplicates, as I've learnt to buy spares of good quality basics). Wearing one today in a pale lemon and by far the best I've come across. Definitely no fabric conditioner or tumble drying though, as I like to preserve their stretch!
