Fed up being told I look tired

I’ve got genetic dark circles and hollows under my eyes and there’s not much I can do.
I’ve tried under eye filler, which hardly touched the sides and have every concealer known to woman.
I’m 55, slim, healthy and at my wits end. Are there any magic solutions please?

Thank you for all the replies.

I've tried tear trough filler, it did help a bit but the Dr was very conservative and at £500 I'm not keen to try again.

The products I'm using at the moment are a Bobbi Brown corrector in peach under a selection of concealers. Interesting about using something red toned, I've got yellowy skin.

Amount the concealers I've tried the best have been Clarins Instant, Trish McEvoy and Bobbi Brown but none are HG.
Good point about using a bit of fake tan, will start today.

Find some new friends ... who goes around telling people they look tired?

Faithtrusts · 21/04/2021 19:36

I understand this, I'm desperate to find someone reputable in the north west who can do tear trough fillers. I've seen on Instagram some amazing results and others I'd be sad to have spent money on.

It's a real tough one, I found an amazing concealer by bobbie brown and they discontinued it so back to the drawing board on that one. I find it's getting harder to find one that doesn't sit in my under eye creases now too .... great

You guys might like the murad vit c eye cream. It’s skincare with the tiniest hint of coverage, so even on no makeup days your dark circles will look brighter and healthier. It’s much lighter than concealer

I don’t use it anymore as I have sensitive eyes (🙄) but I’d still recommend trying it

Are you drinking enough water and taking vitamins and maybe check iron level is ok
Sometimes there’s not much you can do but if the rest of your skin is ok and you’re hydrated it can look less obvious

I use a tinted moisturizer, and l take Spatone to top up my iron levels.
