Colouring my DDs hair

My DD is 13 and has expressed interest in colouring her hair. I have fond memories of different semi permanent hair dyes as a teen and think it could be really good fun if done properly. However it's been years since I went in the home colour aisle! Also, her hair is sort of dark blonde and I'm wondering if it's harder to find shades for that? I'm not even sure what colour she fancies but can anyone recommend brands or am I mad for considering it? Grin

Schwarzkopf and L'Oréal do great box dyes. The L'Oréal colorista range has beautiful pastels. Just be mindful that she might get in trouble at school If they're unnatural colours as even at semi permanent, they last a while x

Thank you! Yes just checked website and so will try in the summer holidays. I have to say that I don't agree with schools trying to police hair colours but that's another thread. Thanks for recommendation 😊

Try the spray ones first.

If her hair is porous the semi-permanent ones will hang about for longer.
