Wide legged trousers for a short arse?

I've been invited to a hen do in July, a Prosecco afternoon tea then drinks in a roof top bar.

I really like the wide legged trouser look with a simple crop top but I am only 5ft 2. Will I look ridiculous?

I'm a size 6-8 so worried I will just be swamped?

I am the same height and would definitely wear that but with heels probably. Have your seen any you like? There are some lovely palazzo pants styles on wolf and badger

I was thinking wedge heels for comfort rather than heels?
