Inspired by all the knowledge I’ve just read on the ‘how old am I?’ thread, please can I pick your collective skincare brains?

If you had always had decent skin, but now were 42, with combination skin prone to redness/broken veins and undereye marks, and feeling and looking older than your age, but needed a simple and not expensive skin routine, what would you use? Please help a skincare novice!

I currently use micellar water and cotton wool to cleanse then Aldi caviar moisturiser, and for makeup Boots No 7 BB cream plus black mascara. Nowt else ever.

I also have in the cupboard Aldi Healthy Glow toner, Nip & Fab glycolic fix serum and Nip & Fab glycolic fix overnight purifying gel, but don’t know which I should use or in what order, so they tend to stay unused.

If you look up 'Pampered Wolf' on YouTube she has just done a 6 top ingredients for anti ageing- yesterday or the day before. It's really simple and informative.

[/quote] This was really useful, thanks! I’d never normally watch this sort of thing and she does like to go on 😂 but I reckon I’ve got my info!
