Dou you work in Next or Fatfacend?

Im after a bit of advice.
I've bought a jacket online from Fatface but the fit is terrible on me.
Not Fatfaces fault but purely the perils of not being able to try things on!

I dont want the pfaff of returning it online. I also had a bad experience in the past where Debenhams didn't refund me when I returned some shoes by post.
It's not a cheap jacket.
There's no Fatface shop near me but there is a Next and Next online do Fatface now, apparently.
Can I take it to my nearest Next and exchange it for Next clothes?
I have the receipt and don't want a refund.

No you won’t be able to do that, you’d have to return it to the retailer you bought it from which is fat face

Post it back to FatFace fully insured so if they claim to not receive it you have evidence that they did?

I always return my stuff via the post and I've never had a problem. Just pack it back up, fill out the form, stick the returns label on it and take it to the post office.

Oh and keep your receipt for insurance purposes.

Honestly it's really easy.

I work in Next and no that won't work . Every barcode is unique to you so they will know you haven't bought it from Next Aside from it being a bit illegal . Just post it back if it was an online order .
