Medik8 retinol help?

Anyone used it? Do you recommend? and is there a particular one I should start with?

I use the 3TR one. You have to build it the frequency of use. I now use 3 times a week at night.

Over the last year I’ve started using mainly Medik8 products and at the moment my skin is looking better than it has done in a very long time. Not sure which product making a difference or if I have finally found a combination that works for my skin.

If you're new to retinol and don't have very sensitive skin then start with the 3TR. Twice a week for two weeks then every other night for another two. Then can increase to nightly. I have extremely sensitive skin so started on 1TR. I like their products!
