Supportive non-bra for after surgery

I have recently had an operation on my lung and have got alot of stitch wounds healing at the side of my right chest where a bra would normally go. Can anyone think of some kind of soft but supportive boob tube or similar item that I could buy to use when I need to start leaving the house/going back to work please? I have tried to Google but wasn't sure exactly what to look for.

I did order a front zipping post masectomy bra from M&S, but when it came I could see that it wouldn't work as the side part of it which would cover the wound site would be too tight at the moment.

How about a vest with support? This one is from Next but I once had a decent one from Boden.

Can you go braless and just wear a scarf or cover anything visible ? Or just a tight vest for a bit of support, when you go back to work I assume you'll be ok to put on normal clothes.

Thank you both so much for replying. I did think of a vest with inner support but at the moment even that feels too tight to contemplate. I could wear a scarf if I am not much more healed before I go back to work, at the moment the wound site feels so raw and painful that I didn't want to have anything pressing against the skin while it is healing in case it rubs against the scabbing over, but I guess in four weeks time I will have hopefully healed alot more.

I had in mind I kind of ribbed boob tube style item that I could buy in a bigger size so that it would give some cover and support but not be too tight against the skin.
