Eclat skincare on Amazon

Has anybody tried this? Their products have fantastic reviews and they're very low priced. Should this sound a warning klaxon? I'm looking at their vitamin c serum and retinol. It says the retinol is 2.5% which is making me a bit nervous as a beginner: www.amazon.co.uk/Concentrate-Eclat-Strength-Hyaluronic-Sensitive/dp/B07T8FQ165

From my limited knowledge I can say 2.5% Retinol is way too high, but I’d bet my house it doesn’t contain that amount anyway. I’m pretty sure that % would burn your face off!

I ordered a moisturiser a while back and while it was a lovely consistency, I couldn’t find the ingredients list anyway on the box or jar.
You’ll see people asking for the ingredients and they’re told it’s on the box but mine wasn’t.

The other thing I didn’t like was it came with a little note saying if you put a positive review on Amazon, we’ll send you a free product.

There are some really good Facebook groups for skin care and the people on them are really helpful and very knowledgeable, it’s worth asking, because the brand price and reviews are very good...maybe just too good?

Yes I'm kicking myself for ordering but it's too late to cancel. I was lured!

I’ve had the eye cream recently, there was nothing mentioned about a free gift for a review. It’s lovely and light and I can see a difference.

I've been using their hyaluronic acid serum for quite sometime now, I think it's fab. I've also used the retinol, def works!

Maybe I just had a duff box then.
You can only try it and see. Keep us update please.

So pleased to hear that. I’ve got one arriving today after seeing this thread.
