What's it like any sales ?

Not in central London no. So sorry cannot help.

Peter Jones very quiet at midday - no sales!

No sales but lots of samples for beauty products.

Actually, it varied between feast and famine.

Some stores/producers had samples at the ready, others had no samples plus a no-touching policy.

I don't know that the latter strategy is going to work with things like perfume. 🤷‍♀️

We were in the west end today.

It all felt quite civilised; not too busy anywhere. The only queues I saw were for Zara and Primark, everywhere else we walked straight in.

Was with DH and the DS, so unfortunately didn't get to sample any beauty products. I'll be going back in a couple of weeks for a haircut though - Thecat, which stores had lots of beauty samples?

Selfridges and John Lewis seemed pretty prepared.

Oh - and to answer your question properly, OP, sorry, no, there didn't seem to be sales or in-store discounts going on.
