Feel frumpy and stuck in a rut even though I'm in my 20s

I'm stuck in a rut of wearing skinny jeans, Converse and baggy jumpers. At work I can dress casually and most of my colleagues are 1-2 years younger than me but dress completely differently. I feel really frumpy and dated compared to them and it's something I want to change. I've been in lockdown for a year so now suddenly having to go into work and be around people has made me realise that I need to have a big of a wardrobe overhaul.

What are some things I can buy to freshen up my wardrobe? I was thinking of trying some mom jeans but I'm a size 16 pear shape so I don't think they'll suit me.

I can't wear dresses or skirts at work, it has to be some form of trousers which is why I tend to wear skinny jeans.

I found investing on a style/colour consultation was the best decision I have made when it comes to clothes. It has saved me thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours choosing outfits to buy or to wear.

When you know what type of clothes suit your shape and lifestyle better, you know exactly what to buy, you wear everything you do, and most things combine with the other ones so you can have a lot of options even with a smaller amount of clothes.

You don’t need to sacrifice style for comfort, honestly 🙂
